Dishing up a rustic vibe for Live To Eat’s menu
THE BRIEF
Premium food photography of menu items that will warm both the stomach and the soul.
THE JOURNEY
Live To Eat serves home-cooked fare in fuss-free disposable plates, so for this shoot, we had to reimagine and craft the look for each dish - using handpicked ingredients, earthenware and props. Shot on location with a food stylist, we cooked up a variety of backgrounds and looks, while capturing the homely and rustic essence of their soul-warming cuisine.
Professional chefs and eager foodies will always tell you, “we eat with our eyes first”, and that’s where professional food photography comes in. At The Kyt Studio, we believe that food menu photography should tell a story; what brings all these intricate ingredients together; what's the mood or experience dining in your restaurant? And of course, how good does the food look?
