How We Began

Helmed by photographer and founder Kee Ya Ting, an image-maker formally trained in both photography and videography and active in both the commercial and fine art arenas, the studio takes on various projects across different fields. The studio’s foremost specialisation is in portraiture and has created content for clients ranging from corporate agencies, small and medium enterprises, radio stations, and art galleries, to indie musicians and local writers.

Diversifying into Commercial Photography and Videography

In recent years, the studio has forayed into commercial product and food photography, with the goal of contributing to the rising local entrepreneurship scene. Regardless of genre, by consistently crafting images with the utmost artistic flair and technical care, the studio’s mission is to create images that ebb and flow, akin to visual poetry. The studio also continues to adapt and improve its provision and photo and video services to keep up with the latest visual trends.

A Transformation and Partnership of the Whole

The 968 square foot space located in Woodlands is also available for rental, priding itself as a minimalistic yet fully equipped studio which accommodates everyone; professionals, amateurs, students, entrepreneurs, artists, and stylists. Throughout the few years of gentle observing, making genuine connections, and sharing knowledge, a serendipitously formed collective has formed. Little by little, the studio has amassed passionate talents from various fields, and frequent collaborations continue to ensue. Throughout the few years of witnessing the growth of this collective, the studio crew has also amassed valuable experience, thus furthering their own artistry, be it in lighting techniques, art direction, or photo retouching.
